After the flight departs, track it to Korea with the Korea Post number.
Restricted items
1.No flammable goods
Alcohol-based hand sanitiser, aerosol sprays and similar items cannot fly.
2.One electronic device per person
Laptops, smartphones and similar devices are limited to one per person.
* Devices with built-in lithium batteries incur a $40 battery check fee from the airline.
3.No quarantined agricultural goods
Items subject to quarantine — jerky, deer antler, animal feed and similar — cannot be shipped.
* Honey is the exception: up to 5kg per shipment (243% duty applies above that).
4.Up to 6 bottles of supplements
Omega-3, vitamins and similar supplements are limited to 6 bottles per shipment.
5.Import duty over US $150
If the declared value of your parcel exceeds US $150, Korean customs will charge import duty.
Customs clearance
Korean customs requires the recipient's Personal Customs Clearance Code (13 characters starting with P). It can be issued free at unipass.customs.go.kr.

Seal boxes firmly with tape and wrap fragile items in padding. Do not lock suitcases — secure them with a strap instead.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to reach Korea?
Typically within 3 days from Vancouver and 4 days from Toronto. We fly twice a week (Tuesday and Saturday); customs and airline conditions can shift this.
When is the price final?
The figure you see at booking is an estimate based on the weight you declared. Once we receive and weigh your items, the final charge is set using the greater of actual and volumetric weight, and we email you.
What is volumetric weight?
A light but bulky item still takes up aircraft space. Volumetric weight is length × width × height (cm) ÷ 6,000; we charge on whichever is greater, that or the actual weight.
Do I really need a personal customs clearance code?
Yes — the recipient's code is required, and without it Korean customs will not clear your parcel. It's free from Korea Customs (UNI-PASS) and looks like P plus 12 characters.
Who pays the import duty?
If the declared value exceeds US $150, Korean customs charges duty and VAT to the recipient. We warn you at booking as your declared total approaches that limit.
Can I send a suitcase?
Yes. Please leave it unlocked and secure it with a belt. If you're sending several pieces, add them all to one booking — each piece gets its own label.
How far do you come for pickup?
We pick up across Calgary; for other areas we'll arrange it with you after booking. You're also welcome to drop items at our office.
How do I pay?
Once the charge is final you can pay by Interac e-Transfer or in person. Adding your shipment number to the transfer message helps us match it quickly.
Can I cancel after booking?
Yes — you can cancel yourself from My Page any time before we take your items. After they arrive with us, please call.
